• Choose from 5 site templates
• Initial setup included in first year price
• Your Home Page will link to:
  • up to 5 Galleries or Portfolios
  • a Contact page
  • an artist bio / statement page
  • a page of links to up to 20 other web sites of your choosing
• Up to 75 images overall on the site
• Up to 10 changes (page or image) per month after the first month

• Site names are subject to availability

• Up to 100 images
• Up to 10 changes (page or image) per month after the first month

• You will provide the text for all pages in electronic format, e.g. email, MS Word file, rtf file, indicating how you want it formatted. E.g. which words should be larger, or bold faced, italic, etc.
  • I will use the text as provided and format it for display
• You will provide all images in electronic format (tiff, jpg, psd) that are 1200 pixels in the longest dimension.
  • I will put the image in the proper format and size for display on the web, but not otherwise edit the image.
• You will start each image file name with a unique "serial number"
• You will provide a title for each image
• We will agree on a date for submission of updates for each month. I will fix errors as quickly as possible after detection.
• If you already own a domain name (e.g., www.YourName.com) you will need to arrange to have it direct hits to my/your new web site server. I will provide you with the necessary information.
• There will be links from your site to all my other artist sites and from theirs to yours. This helps all of us to rank higher with the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
• No audio, video or animation at this time
• The server where the actual files are kept is run by a national firm that promises >99% availability, but is not under my control.
• This is a one-person operation at present so I can not provide 24/7 service. In general I will work 9 AM - 5 PM. I may be unavailable while traveling, but I will try to let you know ahead of time when I will be gone. However, even when travelling, if I can get internet access, I can make updates, etc.

• Photographs of your art for use on the web site, contest or festival submission, advertising, etc.
• Editing of your images - brightness, contrast, color correction

• Color display on a computer monitor that is not color calibrated will vary from the original image. This will be true of your monitor as well as your audience's monitors. However, the closer your images are to the "real" or desired color, the better. The point is, that I can't say how far the audience's display will vary from my or your monitor.
• While I am not prudish, I won't accept explicit sexual or violent content (visual or verbal) which we will discuss in as much detail as you like. If your images include nudity, the pages will be so rated. The web rating system follows:

  • Safe for kids
• You are free to solicit sales on the web site by encouraging customer contact by phone, email, etc., but at this time, I am not offering to set up a secure transaction site for taking payments on-line.
